Sorbet Series: Smurfberry (Sour - Berliner Weisse)

This new series of sours is anything but traditional. We put 10 gallons of blueberry purée, vanilla, touch of cinnamon and some lactose milk sugar into a base Berliner style sour. Allowed us to a create a tart, full bodied beer resembling a classic.

Feels Like the First Time (Sour - Gose)

Our cherry gose is sure to put a smile on your face ten miles wide. Fruited with tart and sweet cherries, this crimson sour is refreshing, smooth, and certain to make your mouth water. Sit back, pucker up and enjoy…the ride.

Brut the Hard Way (Brut IPA)

A collaboration brew with our good friends at Mustang Sally in Chantilly. This new style of IPA is light bodied, dry, with fruity aromas.

320 Citra Wheat (American Wheat)

Traditional German malt used 50% white wheat and 50% pilsner malts with American Citra hops. Very citrus forward with a dry crisp finish.

Hazy Mindset (IPA - New England)

Hazy IPAs are still all the rage. This cloud-bomb is bursting with citrus and tropical flavors. A healthy dosing of oats and wheat complimented by a smooth dry finish makes this IPA quite approachable.

Apricotica (Other)

The second installment of our Norwegian Farmhouse ales. This traditional American Pale Ale base was hopped with Amarillo, Azacca and Warrior creating light citrus notes that pair with the tons of apricots added.

Dark brown to black in color, light carbonation, featuring flavors of coconut, coffee, and dark chocolate. Aged on wood-fired toasted coconut flakes for two weeks.
